Spreading the Word, Spreading the Blog Love
Hey folks, I just wanted to thank my readers for making today the highest traffic day yet. The facebook group is off to a great start. If you use Facebook and enjoy this comic, please support it over there by joining the Obama Action Comics group over there. Also, please digg, stumble, or otherwise share this blog on your favorite social networking/bookmarking service. If you want reciprocation, I’d be more than happy to oblige. Just let me know.
In my quest for the levels of regular readership that I think that this comic could get, I’ve discovered a few new and exciting ways to try to drum up a little more traffic, and I’ve created a blogroll for them called “Get More Web Traffic” and it’s in my right sidebar (until Today.com goes and plays with sidebar placement again). Twitter is supposed to be a good tool for driving traffic. I haven’t quite figured out how, but I know you need people following you on it, so here’s a tool that will get you followers using the concept behind chain letters (only far less annoying). And here’s another tool to get a viral amount of views. If you’ve got a blog that pays based on unique impressions, like for instance at Today.com , what are you waiting for? And don’t forget to check out the others on that list.
